Ribbon Menu and tabs are out of sync

Description of Problem or Issue

The ribbon and the tabs are out of sync and if you select any function or menu option, the ribbon doesn't return to the correct screen. For example, when switching from the Service screen to the Invoices screen, the Service menu screen stays active.

The first thing to try is re-booting your computer. In most cases this will solve the problem.

If re-booting fails to fix the issue, try updating your video driver. One customer reported the following resolution: "An update to the latest video driver (NVidia V320) seems to have fixed the problem".
