Description of Problem or Issue

When starting the program, you receive an error 3343 Unrecognized database format and the program fails to load.

This happens when your back-end ms access database has become corrupted. To fix this issue, you need to repair the back-end database.accdb file. If you have the proper version of ms access (For IQ Pro v6/7 = MS Access 2007, for IQ Pro V8 = MS Access 2010), you can open the database.accdb using full access, then click on the office button, compact repair database.

If you are unable to repair your own, you can send the back-end database.accdb file, in a zip file, to and request that we compact / repair the database for you.

Additional Information:
A corrupted database is usually caused by a power outage during a database save, or a blue-screen / crashed computer during a database write.
