Description of Problem or Issue

When starting the program, you receive an error that the system file pw.mdb does not exist. This generally happens when the database does not reside in the default install folder.

Applies To: Instant Quote Professional

To resolve this issue, make sure the pw.mdb file resides in the same folder as the back end database.accdb file.

You can find a copy of the pw.mdb file in your program folder: c:\program files\instant quote professional\.

Example: Suppose your database.accdb now resides at F:\ServerData\IQProDatabase\Database.accdb. Locate the file pw.mdb from the install folder, and then copy this file to F:\ServerData\IQProDatabase\. This will fix the issue.

It is important to note that if you create folders for separate databases, you must always store a pw.mdb file in each folder where there is a database.accdb file.
