Description of Problem or Issue

When starting Instant Quote Pro, I receive an error box that says "Enter Parameter Value" forms!fParts.form!cboFilter. This error box is usually followed by other errors, such as Error.

Applies To: Instant Quote Professional

This issue can is fixed by re-installing Instant Quote Professional (there is no need to uninstall, as re-installing will NEVER overwrite your database).

To Re-install Instant Quote Professional:

1) Visit our downloads page at: http://www.pcesoft.com/downloads.html

2) Choose the major version number you are licensed for, download the FULL install file, Save to your desktop, then double-click the IQPro.exe file to re-install.

Additional Information:
This issue can arise after a Microsoft Windows automatic update has occurred, usually after shutting down your computer. Certain MS Office updates can 'break' the Instant Quote Pro program, since it is built on Microsoft Office technology.
