Up
to 6 additional price levels by quantity:
This feature will enable very easy quoting and invoicing.
As you change the quantity, the system will automatically
update the selling price if a base quantity level is hit.
If you don't need this feature, or do not setup additional
pricing for a part, the system will simply use the base
selling price.

Configurations:
Setup and define configurations and use a new configurator
for creating quotes/invoices. This feature will reduce the
need for training and give even the most novice of users
the ability to immediately create new quotes, with minimal
training. For complex quotes, Using the configurator will
help make your quotes and invoices more accurate, by allowing
the user to validate their configuration.

Part
Rules and Auto-Additions:
Setup base and related part rules to enable the auto-addition
of related parts. This feature will earn you extra revenue
by allowing you to automatically add, or suggest, related
parts to add to a quote or invoice that might otherwise
be forgotten or missed.
Track
Customer Equipment or Assets:
Now you can setup equipment records for your customer, create

of Instant Quote Professional
We began our business back in 1994 as a hardware and equipment
reseller. Quotes to our customers consisted of a spreadsheet based
quotation that took us about an hour to prepare. Additionally, we
realized the need to be able to quickly turn the quote into an invoice
and track product serial numbers back to the invoice. Finding older
spreadsheet quotes when a customer wanted to make a change or addition
proved cumbersome. PC Reseller System was born out of this need.
We developed the software to solve all of these problems, then quickly
realized that the software could be of benefit to other sales businesses.
Through customer feedback and suggestions, PC Reseller System continued
to evolve into a highly productive and organized package. Finally,
in January, 2000, Instant Quote 2000 was released, now called Instant
Quote Professional, our professional quoting package. This program
was evolved from our popular PC Reseller System, and continues to
evolve to this day, with the release of Instant Quote Pro 2007.
